We are pleased to announce, that as part of our continuous search for best-practice resource and expertise that will benefit our clients, Best Behaved Kids established a Specialist Advisory Board in 2022.
Best Behaved Kids and the Board will exchange and develop ideas and discuss issues and trends in those areas most important to our clients.
Board members represent the important fields of psychology, occupational therapy and medicine and are leaders in their respective fields.
Dr Lee Sturgeon B.A., Psych (Hons)., D.Psych (Clinical)., M.A.P.S., M.C.C.Ps., Clinical Psychologist
Areas of particular interest are autism spectrum disorders, developmental and genetic disorders and the impact of these disorders on child and adolescent development, behaviour, academic functioning and future capacity building. Dr Sturgeon also enjoys lecturing at UON and around Australia for government, public and private organisations.

Dr Goldzieher loves neurodiversity and is curious about how to achieve the best living life possible through a multidisciplinary approach aimed at treating the whole, individual person.
Michelle Newby BHSc(OT), MSc, PhD Candidate Occupational Therapist and Director Stepping Stones Therapy for Children
Michelle has a special interest in neurodevelopmental conditions and the impact that these have on a child’s ability to participate meaningfully in all aspects of their lives. Michelle is also a PhD Candidate at UoN and is researching occupational performance patterns and sensory differences in children with Paediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS).
We know that with this added Specialist Advisory Board resource, much good work will flow through for our clients’ benefit.
